Best credit card for beginner?

Hey everyone, I’m thinking of getting a credit card to build my cibil in case I need a loan down the line. Here are my details -

Age - 22

Employed at an MNC monthly income is around 40k

Monthly expenses are roughly 60% of my salary and mostly it’s spent on travel, groceries, bills and clothing/tech.

I would like the card to have a decent reward structure i think cashback would be a better fit

I require lounge access

I don’t plan on spending alot with the credit card, just enough so that I can pay it off without any problems so basically not more than 15-20k. Just want to build my cibil , currently have no loans and credit cards under my name.
