Germophobe with friend from airport

my friend (21F) is staying over at my house from a 3 hour flight and i asked if she wanted to shower right after arriving but she said no. Im a huge germophobe; flights are gross and they never wipe down the seats. I shower right after each flight, and I don't rly want to get near her so what should i do?

1. Communicate in some way about showering immediately?

2. Accommodate her choice? I'm gonna be scared to hug her etc. which is gonna seem rude.
