Negotiating an offer for a Proposal Manager Role in Qatar

I am preparing for negotiations of work benefits package for a proposal manager role in Qatar.

I am currently based in europe and have around 7-8 years of experience.

I do not know what should I be asking and how are the expenses in Qatar. Any info would be much appreciated.
