ITC silver membership with sbi elite

so i got sbi elite ltf cc recently. it was written that annual itc silver membership will be given complimentary for elite cc. to claim it we need a promo code from sbi card people which i didn't get ( this is after my first payment as instructed in t&c). i mailed customer care, they said i already have promo code and they sent it to my mail. which i didn't get. did anyone face similar problem?
