Renunciation payment done but confirmation not received

Hello, I made payment for the renunciation certificate and the amount is deducted from my bank. The receipt never got generated even after waiting for almost half an hour. What can I do in this case?

Has anyone faced this before? Below is what I got so far (nothing helps!)

1. The country consular office asks me to get the receipt, no alternatives suggested

2. The embassy asked to contact the ministry of home affairs. When I probed further, they even said I could file a police complaint and take the ministry to court (For 8k INR!)

3. Direct call to the ministry helpline directed me to send an email to Support.ctznoci@mha.gov.in

This is in a loop and I want to know if anyone faced this before and found a solution to this?
