Advice to keep the rest of the team occupied and working on cage day?

Question

Middle school coach here, we don’t have our own cages or machine so we go to a local place when doing work in batting cages. Issue is keeping the rest of the team active when it’s not their turn. I’m usually the only coach there, my thoughts are theee stations (I only get 3 tunnels) one for hitting of machine, one for warming up with soft toss, one for tee work. Then once everyone is warmed up from the soft toss use that tunnel for pitchers to practice. Issue is it still doesn’t keep everyone occupied, plus I’m the only coach and I can’t soft toss, run the machine, and guide the tee work. Do I use the more experienced players for some of these tasks? Any advice would be appreciated!
