2 apple adapters got broken at the SAME EXACT TIME

has anyone experienced na nasira yung 2 apple adapter at the same time? as in sabay. hindi sya nabagsak, nabunot, or ano pa - biglang it stopped working lang.

hiniram ko yung charger ng asawa ko tapos di sya gumana. then i picked up the charger of our ipad para gamitin yung adapter kaso di rin gumana. last resort was to get my charger sa bag nalang na ugreen and surprisingly, gumana siya.

the weird part, my wife was charging the ipad and her phone during dinner. right after dinner ko hiniram. as in wala siguro 20 minutes. tapos boom, sira pareho. walang spark or any indication na may nasunog. ang weird pota.
