Trojan:Win32/Suschil!rfn a false positive?

I just downloaded on the website from the megathreads from monk_rus and after scanning this is what I got. Havent opened the apps yet since I dont know if its safe. Malwarebytes arent detecting anything when I scanned but full scan from the microsoft defended did. Is this a false positive or is it dangerous? Thanks in advance!
