Using Steam console to reset my achievements?

I used to be a trophy hunting back in my console days but when I fully switched to PC about 2 years ago (had the account for almost 7 years but only used it for some non-console games) I didn’t really do much achievement hunting. Lately I’ve been really wanting to start again but my account is a bit of a mess, with a bunch of unfinished games (both mine and my brother who used my account for a little bit). I was thinking about starting a new account but I dont want to lose all my games. (I know I could use family sharing but I would rather not).

Today I found out you can use steam console (not SAM) to get rid off achievements and I’ve got an idea to get rid off all my achievements in all my games. That way I can start fresh (which would be really nice) while keeping all my games.

Is there anything I should know about using Steam console before I do it?
