Just had the nipple covers removed

And they look gnarlyyyyy, they bled a bit when they took the nipple covers off and just...look really gnarly and well ..wet almost?

Also they didn't put like any grid bandages on them again? I thought they would but they only put normal ones over it and said I should leave it on for 3 Days? I have another appointment at Friday ( ugh yayyy 3h Train ride to the clinic because i cant drive yet) and i will ask again because I was so well shocked by my chest that I just didn't, but is it normal to just get a stink normal bandaid over them?

They also zap and twinge a bit rn is that normal after the removal?
