Hair falling out because of shower head filter?

Anyone else currently using a NUUD filtered shower head and experiencing hair loss? Like a lot of hair… I replaced the filter in it recently with a new NUUD filter and I think that may be the issue… No new shampoo or conditioner and I have never had my hair fall out like this. I have had ALL labs done for many things, and not deficient in anything!
