Help me melt my ship

As the title says, I want to melt my current ship for a new one (or two).

I currently fly a Guardian MX, and while it's an absolute blast to fly, I want something that I could feasibly live out of once this is all said and done. I've been tempted to buy a Clipper, but I've only flown one once during last year's IAE, and I worry I won't like it as much after I melt my guardian for it.

I would like the following for my main ship: a small hab so I can bed log and live out of the ship, some cargo space for beginner hauling or pirate pawn shop, and something fun to fly (I know that's subjective, but I wanna hear your thoughts).

Since my guardian MX will cost more than whatever starter ship I'll likely end up with, I'm open to two suggestions (for example: get a Clipper and an Arrow).
