Tips for new Tourney players?

Hey guys, I’ve just come back to the game after a long time and I’m just wondering what are some good things to do/bikes to aim for. I’ve gotten the reverse bike and ghost bike atm but I’m not sure whether I should try to collect all the other base cars or instead just grind for agile soul or phantoms? Are there any good methods to get kickasses or rare base bikes (wild wings) or is it just luck and grinding?
