22M going through a breakup

Hey guyss I am going through a breakup where she felt more insecure and she didnt trust me and blocked me and went away. I was having her photo as my wallpaper and even tagged her as my wifeyy. But she just saw that I followed a couple of college seniors so she blocked me from everywhere. This is happening from past few months. Block unblock repeat. I dont know what did I do wrong. do we guys dont deserve love.. I was loyal from my heart . I dont know where I went wrong. Currently I am doing my internship in mumbai. I am not able to focus on it pls help me out..
