Rough framing: when a wall tees into another at a pocket door cavity

What do you do? I'm detailing the job, which will be panelized, i.e., all the wall framing is built in a panel plant and all we do on site is place, join, brace, and anchor everything. The job's on a slab. A pocket door is in a wall into which another wall tees to the part of the wall-with-door-opening where the pocket is. See the pics. I've put two studs at the wall end that tees to the pocket wall, and want to call out site-placed plywood on the face of the pocket wall so there is a.) a better tee connection, and b.) backing for the sheetrock at the tee inside corners. What will be adequate, 7/16 OSB, 5/8 OSB, or 3/4 CDX? And if you have another preference, what do you do for tees like this?
