Wdym perfection???

Hi guys, I’m new here and new to the game (first play, fall of year 2) and I saw some comments on other posts of people saying that they were trying to reach perfection but I didn’t fully grasp what it means bc everyone seemed to know what they’re talking about - except, well, me.

Can someone please explain in dumb terms what it is? Please 🙏🏼
