Best medical scribe that actually saves time without the creepy data stuff?

Trying to cut down on after hours charting. Tried a couple AI scribes last month but they spit out these fluffy notes that take longer to fix than writing from scratch. Plus one of them asked for session audio upload and I got paranoid about where that data goes. Notes are bounded but inboxes and now AI training data? No thanks.

Heard good things about a few but not sure which ones actually respect privacy and dont use your visits to train the next bot therapist. Anyone have recs that just work.
