Why am I still reacting even though I’m cleaning?

This can be very confusing

If you are vacuuming regularly, washing sheets, keeping things generally “clean”

…but I was still waking up congested / itchy / irritated.

What you need to realise is that cleaning thesurface doesn’t always deal with what’s actually causing the reaction.

Your bedding can hold onto allergens over time, and you’re in contact with them for hours every night.

So you end up doing all the “right” things, but the main source is still there.

Once I started looking at where exposure was actually happening, things made a lot more sense.

Not saying cleaning doesn’t matter — it does. It’s just not the full picture.

Curious if anyone else has experienced this?

What were you doing that you thought should’ve worked… but didn’t?
