When will the MAKAUT’s exams happen?

Can someone give clarifications? Our college is hosting a National Youth Parliament (free) and I have sent invitations to Kolkata people but the college students cannot come because there is a chance for the MAKAUT examinations from the next week or the week after that.

Keo ki confirm korte pare karon ami kolkata jetam koyekdin por bondhuder sathe dekha korte and majority MAKAUT er under e pore and jodi exams thake tahole amar kolkata jaoya britha ora busy thakbe 🥲 kono MAKAUT er student eta clear korte parbe?
