Anyone have babies/children with EoE?

I’m 9 months pregnant with my first baby. I’m so scared I’m going to pass EoE onto my baby girl, and I don’t know how I’d handle it if I did. Does anyone in here have young children who experience EoE symptoms? How did you get your little one diagnosed, and what is their treatment?
