To anyone that is suffering from this disease!!
I would say you’ve got to learn yourself first—what are your triggers?
Like TikTok girls, ads, etc.
Try to eliminate them. I would say it’s better to prevent than to cure. Eliminate doomscrolling and social media use, because you’ve got to be honest with yourself—what did all those hours on social media benefit you? Even if it has some benefits, your loss is greater than the benefits.
Something that can help, no matter your age, is to occupy yourself so much during the day by doing sports, studying, socializing, going outside, reading books, etc.
Try new hobbies and things so that when you lie down in bed, you instantly fall asleep.
You will be so in love with life that you won’t care about masturbation or porn anymore, because it will feel so fake, disgusting, and empty.
Instead of fapping, you could explore a new town near you, or go play soccer or basketball somewhere far and get to know new people.
Try to cook a dish you’ve never made before, etc.
I could give you a million different examples.
But mostly—GET OFF YOUR PHONE and treat every day as a brand new one. Try to learn as much as you can.
Also, stop trying to find a solution by watching videos or reading post after post. I am 100% sure you’re just wasting time. You know better than anyone else what you can do to break free from this addiction, so please use your time wisely. Invest it like money—it’s the biggest asset you have, other than your health.
To implement, you’ve got to take action right now.
Do a task that you’ve been avoiding, like: Take a shower, brush your teeth, clean your room, read half a book in one sitting to challenge yourself, study for that exam, etc.
And when you feel that fresh, nice feeling of doing something good for yourself and being productive, think about another task and keep chasing that feeling.
Never be stationary. Always produce something. Try to stop consuming and start creating. Move. Breathe intentionally. Stop being passive and become active.
Good luck on your journey! 😊
