Sandbox and Episodes: are the info shared across episodes?

Hello! I don't know if it's a bug OR or something that simply doesn't exist at all, so I put the post on Suggestion/Questio tag :)

I'm playing a sandbox story as a reader. The AI ends the Episode 1 and let me start Episode 2. I ask to continue the story, but seems that the AI lost major and crucial details from Episode 1.

I'm spending most of Episode 2 correcting the AI's data. I even trying to tell AI to look up the information in Episode 1, because the characters limit doesn't allow me to properly explain what happened, who this/that person was, and other details in a single message.
AI making it all up out of thin air, based on things that were already said countless times in the previous episode.

The most significant errors concern:
- major info about the main character (even the one I set on the box "things you want the AI to remember) in the Episode 1 start,
- things happened (major events)
- characters description
- repetition of the same names for different characters.

I don't know why or how to do.
I'm playing on Chrome, both from my pc and my phone. Do you suggest to download the app? Is there a chance this won't happen with the app?
