Good Team with Favourite Pokemon (Part 2)

This is a follow up of my previous post about what pokemon I should use if I only wanna use my favourites: https://www.reddit.com/r/PokemonVGC/comments/1s6aesx/good_team_with_favourite_pokemon/
only this time, it is confirmed that legendaries wont come up. Also I want a team that could help me climb fast for VPs. Any good teams? (ofc I can't use the last row)
