Attic noise

hi ive got a creaking noise from my attic. I called a roofer and he inspected the roof. and said everything seems fine on the outside(no loose tiles / ridges). he said its most likely coming from the attic.

im assuming some of the noise is standard expansion/settling. I dont think its pests as doesnt sound like scurrying.

usually happens when windy. creaking sounds. and most recently its more of a tap tap followed by a vibration. and sometimes its link a click click noise every 20seconds.

any suggestions or type of workers who can inspect this?
