I (24F) am dating a man overseas (32M) and I’m having doubts about if the relationship is real…. Help

I met him in Australia where I live. He lives in Portugal, which is very far away. He came to Australia for work and since then I’ve flown out to Singapore to see him. We’re in love. He’s back in Portugal and it’s been tough. He doesn’t message me every day; he just randomly texts me after 3-4 days. It’s nothing flirty, just standard “I love you, I miss you” and “this is what I’ve been up to”. He wants me to move to Portugal in August. That means I have to leave my country and job and start fresh in a country I don’t even speak the language of. Is it really worth it? I’d have to rely on him for money at first and I don’t trust any man for that. He’s a well-known doctor and he’s assured me he’ll take care of me and I’ll move into his beautiful property. I really have nothing going for myself in Australia to justify being here. I don’t even like Australia; I think it’s too expensive and people don’t want to be friends. Please help me think straight. I have no one to talk to about this.
