any luck with choczero?

has anyone tried choczero for your cravings? Did it spike you? I've been reading mixed reviews but most of them aren't very recent. would like to hear your thoughts!
also any recommendations would be good! I'm a huge biscoff fan so I'm eyeing their speculoos biscuits and cookie butter spread, though their chocolate barks look good and 'safer'.
