Meta Quest 3 PC Link Bug

I play on pc with meta quest 3 linked to pc and I have been playing into the radius 2 wiht my friend and randomly I've been getting this bug where it tears my screen, freezes my game and I can't do anyhting besides press the home button on my controller but when I do it just basically banishes me to passthrough mode until I unplug my link cable where then it obviously brings me to standalone quest menu from where I can't reconnect or link to my pc until I restart I restart my pc, also the game doesn't freeze on my moniter it's as if I'm still playing and i can hear the game sounds in my headset
