How do you know if your child’s preschool meals are actually healthy?

Hi everyone, my child goes to Footprints Preschool, and they mention that they provide healthy meals to the kids. I wanted to understand from other parents how you actually know or ensure that the meals being given are genuinely healthy and balanced.

Also, do you think it’s important for kids to eat “healthy” food every single day, or is it okay if sometimes they just have food they enjoy more (even if it’s not perfectly healthy)?

I don’t want to be too strict, but at the same time, I want to make sure my child is eating well.

Would love to hear how others approach this.
