Simplest way to publish on an independant domain ?

Finished my project for a simple presentation website for my company, now would like to publish it using a custom domain, without suscribing to the premium lovable plans.

My understanding is that I need to connect the project to a github account then go from there. Would you guys be able to point me in the direction of something that:

- will allow me to simply deploy the site, using the github repo as a source, without any additionnal coding ;

- will allow me to streamline further modifications of the website (so a fluid bridge between lovable - github - the final hosting platform) ?

If this final platform can also be the one from whom i buy the domain name, that's cool, unless its a significant price increase.
