Has anyone got anything from the platform above the divine island?

So the island that's around lava that is way off to the side twice iv got lava easter lucky getting up there quick. I have never seen anything on the very top platform (above divine island) has anyone? Wondering if something spawns at the start but just times out by the time I'm up there.
