Brake and rotors 2019 ford fusion se

So I have had the same rotors since I bought my car new and they have 95k miles on them. I need to get new tires and had my pads done at the same time I got new tires. They told me I need new tires but didn’t mention new brakes. What is the going rate for all new rotors and pads at a ford dealer? And if I’m not too familiar with cars, how hard would it be to do it myself if I save some money? The parts would cost me about $400 for a full set.
