Chrome Extension on local site?

I am working with Claude on fixing up a WordPress website that is running on my local machine. It would seem sensible to engage the browser extension to check the output for debugging.

Unfortunately the Claude Chrome extension reports that it is blocked from viewing locally hosted websites.

Does anyone know if there is a way around that?
