Musical song - English - 90s -“extra, extra, read all about it…here in London Town!’. Group / Theatre / musical.

Musical song - “extra, extra, read all about it. Here in London Town!’

It sounded like children / a group musical chorus singing as a group.

I remember listening to this on a cd which looked like it was not mass produced in London in the 90s/00s.

Lyrics I remember:

“Extra, extra read all about it”

“Here in London Town!”

Slower, sad section where they discuss a woman walking past “there’s goes….shes looking for someone to love/hold…in London town”

Something like ‘anybody, anywhere, here - London!’
