Who we are.
I’ve used a lot of CRMs over the years and honestly… most of them feel like they were built for investors, not actual business owners.
So we built our own: Chameleon-CRM.
But before I get into features, here’s why it exists.
Chameleon-CRM is 100% American-made.
It wasn’t built in Silicon Valley. It was built in a small cabin in the Adirondack Mountains.
By one person.
Someone who lost everything — his marriage, his three kids, and his dream computer shop.
Life hit hard. Harder than most people ever experience.
And instead of quitting… he started building.
Now he codes every day so other people can build something he lost — a successful shop, a real business, something they can be proud of.
That’s where this came from.
✅ What Chameleon-CRM IS
- A full business operating system, not just a contact list
- Built for real-world businesses (auto shops, repair shops, salons, etc.)
It includes:
- CRM (customers, notes, history, loyalty)
- Tickets / job tracking
- Invoicing + POS + payments
- Scheduling / appointments
- Inventory
- Employee tracking
- Customer portal (so customers can actually see what’s going on)
- AI tools (marketing + smart invoicing)
👉 The biggest difference:
It adapts to your business
A tattoo shop ≠ an auto shop ≠ a salon
Most CRMs pretend they’re the same. They’re not.
❌ What it’s NOT
- Not just a sales pipeline tool
- Not another HubSpot clone
- Not bloated enterprise software that takes months to set up
- Not something that requires a consultant just to use basic features
- Not “one-size-fits-all”
Why it matters
Most small businesses are juggling:
- spreadsheets
- invoicing apps
- scheduling tools
- random CRMs
- sticky notes (let’s be real)
That’s how things fall apart.
This was built so everything is in one place — and actually makes sense for the type of business you run.
If you’re curious
I’ll personally help you get set up.
No sales team, no runaround.
We can hop on a call and I’ll get you fully onboarded and show you how to actually use it the right way.
If you’ve used a CRM before —
what’s the one thing you hate most about them? 👇
