Did the P Line Lunar Ice ever come without a roller rack?

Hi, was the Brompton P Line Lunar Ice ever released as a 4-speed model without the roller rack? The official site only shows Midnight Black Metallic, Amethyst Lacquer, and Bronze Sky Metallic for that spec. I do see Lunar Ice as an option for the version with a rack, but it's out of stock.
