Can 1500gh get me a good used phone?

Hey guys,

I’ve got around 1500gh and I’m thinking of getting a used phone. Is that enough to get something decent or should I save more?

Just need it for normal stuff like WhatsApp, socials and YouTube.

If you’ve bought one around this price before, how was it? Any tips on what to check?
