WDH or air bags on 2010 touring

As mentioned in the title, we have. 2010 pilot touring with a 4500lb towing capacity. We bought a trailer with a dry weight just under 3000lb and a tongue weight of 305. Given the unibody construction, I’m wondering about folks experiences with a WDH versus airbags. I understand that the WDH isn’t necessarily recommended because of the unibody but my research so far has still seemed to suggest that a WDH would still be advisable provided that we get one rated for the towing capacity and don’t use one thinking it will increase that number somehow.
