Help buying Minecraft

Why when I go to the Minecraft web to buy the game the standard edition, says "available in game pass"? I don't have an Xbox, I want to buy the PC version. I just want to download the game once and play, is that possible? I checked help.minecraft.net but didn't reach any conclusion

Thanks
