{discussion} Asking preds: What's the best way to move around with a prey filled belly?

Let's say you've just eaten one or two prey your own size. Your belly is an enormous, wriggling mess. You lay on the ground, belly up at home. What are your next steps and how the hell do you move?

To the experienced preds: You've just eaten 2 two people in their own apartment and know their roommate will get home soon. How do you get home without being suspicious and without getting reported to the police?
