Mounjaro and HRT

I'm considering starting Mounjaro but I'm on HRT for menopause (58F) and I take Utrogestan rather than having a Mirena.

There are reasons ofr me not to switch from Utrogestan to Mirena. And I'm on 3 pumps of Oestrogel and one capsule of Utrogestan. Utrogestan makes me low mood and very tired, so I'd rather not double my Utrogestan dose.

Anyone in a similar situation? Thanks.
