Emergency help

my boy hasn't eaten or drank in two days we've given him water through a straw whilst we wait for a syringe to arrive and critical care. On my way to the vets now, my heart is racing I'm literally so scared and upset any advice would be amazing.

hoping he won't be crossing the rainbow bridge yet he's only 3 and has had no other health issues. 😭
