eBay PWE Shipping Policy Discussion

Hey yall, I have experience shipping lots of low end (under $20) with PWE eBay shipping label. I have noticed that a few more people here and generally online have been having trouble with receiving their card shipping this way.

Previously I had been using the 0.74 option which included the sold card that was packaged with a penny sleeve, top loader, team bag and a piece plain paper wrapped around it. Also I typically include 2 base cards as well. All of this was enclosed in the standard plain white envelope.

Out of nearly 200 orders, I have only had 3 orders come back as "unable to deliver". Additionally, 1 other buyer said their card never arrived. I fully refunded them and told them keep the card if it arrived. At that the point the card was over 3 weeks late.

I am about to start helping my GF sell some of her collection and want to make sure the process is easy for her. Would it be better if I switched the shipping method to $1.32 with one of those rigid plain white envelopes? I dont want to stress her out with orders being sent back. I am asking here since I took a break from selling focus on my full time job. Appreciate any feedback yall have!
