Have any of you ever thought about the fact that do the vacancies under PwBD & ESM categories, are they separate from the all the other caste based reserved and unreserved categories or are they not.!??

Because I think they ARE NOT SEPARATE from the vacancies under the caste-based reserved and unreserved categories !!

You see, the first picture is the state wise final allotment in all the banks, and the second picture is the final vacancies released on 14.11.25 for West Bengal.

Now, you see, in the 1st picture, only 280 selected in UR out of 439 (as in the vacancies, thats a 159 difference), but the total selected is 1058, out of 1086, which is only a meagre 28 difference. So, how ?

Because, in the vacancies, all the PwBD & ESM category people, they all fall within their own respective caste-based categories, which means IF, all the PwBD & ESM people are UR, then they will all be counted against the UR vacancies !!

So, basically, PwBD & ESM are not different categories !! There are only & only 5 categories, i.e., SC, ST, OBC, EWS & UR. As for those other two, people are selected from those other categories and their cutoffs are also different but the seats they are going to occupy are going to be from those 5 categories only !!

What are your thoughts on this ??

All the PwBD and ESM people fall under the caste based reserved categories only !!
