Manually summarize session in ide

- Is there a way to manually summarize session and add start a new session directly in ide.

- This will help in managing credits, because after 250k opus/sonnet 4.6 burns credits like crazy.

- Though we can ask to generate md file and then feed that md file in next session but want some native way to do it.

- Is this possible ?
