Question about Wet Dreams

Hi guys, I am 39 years, married but I rarely got wetdreams at all. Unlike the past, I used to get wetdreams in my 20's despite masturabtion.

I dont know if it is because of food or just the age, but somehow I miss those dreams.

Do u guys, married and not married still got wet dreams?
