Charging diff amount for pack

So the missus has been buying packs using apple pay and for some reason it is charging her more then advertised

is this an apple thing, has anyone else experienced this?

support just sais it could be a regional pricing difference but i buy packs and they dont charge more but im on android?

Does anyone have a fix?
