Ghost of Yotei RT Balanced vs RT Pro with PSSR2

Hello to you all. I bought a PS5 Pro last week and I am trying to play console exclusive games. I got a 4k 120hz tv with VRR.

What are the differences between RT Balanced vs RT Pro with PSSR2?

I am so confused, in-game (when you launch the game for first time) it shows RT Balanced as 40fps vs 60fps RT Pro. This is honestly the only difference I see. RT Pro looks smooth. I used a hidden overlay on my LG TV and with RT Pro my TV is running around 60hz vs 120hz of RT Balanced. However on internet, people say that RT Pro can run at 70-90fps but I don‘t see such things. Not even in their graphical description.

This is why I am asking you guys here.

I haven‘t started the game yet. Just saw this option after launching it then went to internet to know the differences between those presets.
