People that want a Dino crisis remake, how would you like them to do it?

People that want a Dino crisis remake, how would you like them to do it?

I've just started a nostalgic play through of Dino crisis again and the game that springs to mind while playing is SOMA (if you love Dino crisis and you haven't played SOMA I seriously couldn't recommend it more, it was the most ive enjoyed a game in years).

Two of my childhood favourite games were Dino crisis and resident evil 3. I played the resident evil 3 remake and I didn't actually even finish it. I don't hate it, I just don't care for it. the original is still the better game for me.

it got me thinking about what the goal would actually be if you want them to remake Dino crisis. would you want them to try and keep everything exactly the same but with better graphics and cutscenes? or would you rather them tailor the play style? in my opinion if they do that SOMA would be the example to look at rather than the kind of remake they did for RE3.
