Kenmore series 100 washer not spinning after lots of parts

I changed the suspension rods about six months ago and everything was fine now it was making a horrible racket during wash cycle. I had purchased a clutch kit when I bought the rods so I changed it. Then it still wasn't working right so I tried belt dressing and it got better but still not right. I bought a actuating relay and a belt, the dogs for the agitator and a new transmissio. After changing everythingit is still giving me fits. It gets stuck on spin after it drains the spin light just blinks. It starts to spin slightly when it starts draining then stops and finishes pumping out the water. Not sure where to go next.
