AITAH for not paying for my pizza?

Me and 2 friends ordered pizzas, we all got one each. My friend ordered it and when it arrived he asked me and my other friend if we could transfer him our share for the pizzas. However I remembered a few years ago I bought my friend a gatorade at a basketball game and with inflation that would probably be about the same value as the pizza now (maybe even more) so I figured we could just call it even, I also remembered that my other friend owes me money so I took his pizza as a down payment. They both think I'm an AH but I disagree. Thoughts?
